Visit Charlotte Recommends Company Considered Unsafe By City Inspectors!
To Whom it May Concern,
In the process of looking for a company to provide tour services for my church seniors, I decided to contact the folks at Visit Charlotte for a credible reference. They in turn recommended a company called Charlotte Tour.[See below...]
C-Charlotte Tours does not currently have a website but they are a great company. C-Charlotte Tours is also the only tour company that we recommend people to use.

After further investigation, I have learned that this company is not recommended or registered by the city passenger vehicle folks [See below]. I also checked with the US DOT and they are not registered there either. I am quite disappointed and shocked that Visit Charlotte is recommending a company that does not have a safety record particularly since my request involved transporting seniors. I would like to know why they are recommending a potentially unsafe company to the public.
