Refunds:
Refunds are typically NOT offered on our individual services unless the service is cancelled by Queen City Tourssm and Travel. Rescheduling may be permitted depending on the availability of the service at a later date and/or time. Note: A minimum $5 -- per occurrence -- fee will be assessed to each reschedule. Refunds are offered on group services and the terms are listed at the bottom of our reservation forms.
Need to Return a product?
Note: This only applies to products -- not services -- purchased directly through Queen City Tourssm and Travel!
To return a product at Queen City Tourssm and Travel , you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our
service department at

or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA.

We will need the following information to authorize your
return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem
In general, Queen City Tourssm and Travel accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within
30
days. However, Queen City Tourssm and Travel reserves the right to authorize product returns
beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted
after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the
following:

A FULL CASH REFUND

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON
RETURNED ITEMS. Customers
are responsible for all shipping charges back to
Queen City Tourssm and Travel on returned items, and
Queen City Tourssm and Travel
will pay the shipping charges on the
replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
