Response to QCT Rebuttal by Juan Whipple. Ms. Chambers' employment has been terminated from the City of Charlotte and it has come to my attention that Ms. Terri (A.K.A. Terry) Joelle Polk Chambers has actually engaged in an online campaign to discredit the facts surrounding her blatant disregard of the truth and subsequent munipulation of otherwise honest people. The fact of the matter remians that she knowingly and willingly signed a contract which included a clause that she agreed to not compete against me and my company within a 50 mile radius of Charlotte, NC. Ms. Chambers has openly and blatantly breached her contract and continues to do so as she some how thinks that her signed contract is invalid because of the shear and utter prejudice and neglect of established contract laws by a dishonest judge.

This dishonest Judge stated in open court that he would notify me of his decision in this matter. After several weeks of being told by the District Clerk of Courts that his decision had not been rendered, I was shocked after making an in-person visit to the court only to find out that this pettifogger of a so-called "honorable" Judge had eased his decision in after the cut off date for an appeal. What a piece of scum! Former Judge Belk can certainly attest to some of the Mecklenburg County Courthouse criminals that we rely on every day for so-called justice. This same disregard of the power of the people can best be summed up by the U.S. Supreme Court's refusal to follow the will of the people by confirming the election of George W. Bush as President of the United States in 2000; who has sent thousands of American men and women to early graves because of a personal vendetta. As a retired military veteran who has trained hundreds of initial entry and advance infantry soldiers to protect this country from foreign and domestic foes, I am quite disapointed in our so-called legal system that allows people like Ms. Polk-Chambers to basically disregard the law.

Furthermore, she worships the ground of another liar and thief -- Mr. Clarke D. Allen of Charlotte Arrangements; whose wife is in the process of divorcing him for reportedly repeated infidelity, his business is reportedly up for sale, and he has been sued for stalking a female. Ironically, this sleezy slimeball was able to somehow finesse his way into organizing a birthday party for Dr. Maya Angelo with the blessings of Oprah Winfrey -- who herself has been abused by men! It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out where Ms. Chambers a.k.a. Terri Joelle got the idea of filing the false stalking charges against me. I guess this narrow-minded self-proclaimed hustler from Philly never read the Boy Who Cried Wolf! It should also be noted that Ms. Chambers a.k.a. Terri Joelle is the only contract guide hat has breached her contract with our company since its founding in 1993.

If you really want to know the real Terri (A.K.A. Terry) Joelle Polk Chambers, just ask her ex-husband whom she admitted to "marrying just for the security."

Ms. Chambers is currently under investigation by the Internal Affairs Department of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department and is no longer employed by the City of Charlotte/Passenger Vehicles for Hire Department. She has reportedly been hired once again by Charlotte Arrangements, owned by Clarke D. Allen, to conduct illegal city tours.
